Yes. PDFCrowd is operated by Pdfcrowd s.r.o., an EU company. When PDFCrowd processes Customer Personal Data as a processor on behalf of a customer, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which is designed to provide GDPR Article 28 processor terms.
