8. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, fail to pay, or if required by law. Termination does not affect payment obligations, legal rights, or provisions that by their nature should survive.
9. Intellectual Property
Pdfcrowd and its licensors own the Service, software, documentation, website, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights except the limited rights expressly granted here.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pdfcrowd disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results suitable for your specific purpose.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pdfcrowd is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pdfcrowd's total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Pdfcrowd for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms. Mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, our business, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
