Pdfcrowd API clients updated to 5.5.0

New:

• We have added new methods to the HTML to PDF and HTML to Image converters.
  • setAutoDetectElementToConvert() to detect the main contents automatically.
  • setReadabilityEnhancements() to improve the output readability.
• The "pdfcrowd-source-title" CSS class can be used in header and footer HTML.
