Visit summary
The centre reported that the entrance lights switched off before the last evening class finished. We
inspected the lighting circuit, checked the control panel and tested the timer against the centre's
opening hours. All light fittings were working correctly.


Work completed
We replaced a faulty timer relay and updated the weekday schedule so the entrance stays lit until 10:30
pm. The lights passed three switching tests, and reception staff checked the manual override. The
service charge of £185 covers the replacement relay and labour.


Next steps
    Check the timer after the next power outage.

    Record any flickering or delayed switch-on.

    Book the routine inspection for December 2026.
