losing font style with D3.js chart

Hi,
I have been testing using this public page: D3.js Sankey example
I've attached the created PDF which looks ok, only the white drop shadow on the font seems to have disappeared. Does anyone have a suggestion what I can tweak to get this into the PDF?

Pdfcrowd does not support drop shadows, sorry.
