Accessible pdf's

Is it possible when the pdf is created to make it accessible eg, language defined, tags created.

I have tried adding metadata fields to our website in the hope that when they are converted into pdf they will bring this data across and make it accessible

Pdfcrowd does not support creating accessible PDFs, sorry.
