Although I can print the pdfs, they can't, I believe they are using Acrobat 9 on MacOSX to print, I don't know what printer models and versions or drivers they have tried, but as we are not in a position to change those things anyway, it doesn't really matter.
This is a show stopper for us I am afraid, unless it can be resolved at PDFCROWD side, I will have to look for another solution.

We changed the dash pattern value to 65535. Please let us know if it fixes the problem.
