Save to PDF Link not working

when i go to https://pdfcrowd.com/#convert_by_url and insert my url to convert "http://apps.utmlead.utm.my/nali2018/certificate/srun/1.html", it works

It adds the link to your HTML page which converts the current page into PDF when clicked.
