Getting a SSL handshake error

Hi!
Starting yesterday, I can no longer generate pdfs on my site using your service, I get a message ?Unable to connect to remote server?. I get an SSL handshake error when I check the link on your site on (image included). We have recently updated the SSL certificate; is it possible that your site is caching an old certificate? There is no reason to have an SSL error.
