Popups Overlay Page

I submitted a page for conversion to PDF that had a popup that I previously dismissed, however, the popup appears in the center of the first page of the PDF, covering text

e.g., http://www.writersdigest.com/editor-blogs/guide-to-literary-agents/agent-irene-goodman-on-how-to-write-a-thriller

this is a shortcoming of the current version. Unfortunately there is not a simple workaround for this at the moment.
