Pixel Dimensions for landscape view at 8.5 by 11 US Paper

- there are 96 css pixels per inch
- the page margins are 0.2'' by default (this can be changed with setHorizontalMargin() and setVerticalMargin())

So the printable area is 8.1'' x 10.6'' which is 777px x 1017px
