Page not loading correctly.

EDIT:
Nevermind, we had an .htaccess password and I was cookied so I didn't realize it.

Same page, different servers. Both load correctly in my WebKit browser:

PDFCrowd converts the first one correctly, but not the second.

(The above are created via the Java API, but same problem when using the PDFCrowd home page).

What's wrong???
