When specifying the page's width, height and margins, I have no idea what to enter for having a standard A4 sheet paper.
It would be easier to be able to specify the paper format by its name (A4, A3, A5, etc) or by its size in with the metric system (mm, cm, etc).

This is in the pipeline. We work on a new improved options dialog that will let you select from standard paper sizes.

A menu of paper sizes would be nice, but it would also be worthwhile to have the paper size automatically default to my favorite dimensions every time I use it.
