A client is getting an error when printing the pdfs we generate using the pdfcrowd API.
The error printed is ERROR: rangecheck

Although I can print the pdfs, they can't, I believe they are using Acrobat 9 on MacOSX to print, I don't know what printer models and versions or drivers they have tried, but as we are not in a position to change those things anyway, it doesn't really matter.
This is a show stopper for us I am afraid, unless it can be resolved at PDFCROWD side, I will have to look for another solution.
