Error Message - simultaneous API calls from a single IP

A client has informed me they are receiving the following error message. HLEP!

I am not able to download the pdf and get the following error message:

?PDFcrowd Error: [503] Simultaneous API calls from a single IP are not allowed. Error generating PDF, please try again later.?

This has occurred over the past few weeks.

Suggestions on how to remedy this?
