content smaller in pdf

I have been using pdfcrowd for a few months and have really had no issues. I have written code to create labels, they work will when printing the page from html.

However when I convert to pdf the content is smaller, the labels are smaller. The margin at the bottom of the pdf page is about an inch more than when printing the html directly.

Anyone have any pointers.

Hello Ed,

This is usually caused by the fact that your HTML content width is wider than the PDF page width. In such case the service shrinks the content in order to fit the PDF page size.

To resolve the issue, try to change the PDF page width so that it matches the HTML content width or vice versa.
