Font problem

When I'm exporting my webpage, something strange happens to the font. I'm using Helvetica Neue. Is this font not supported?

The characters become somewhat larger. Does anybody know why?

Hello,

Helvetica Neue is not installed on our server so our software uses a fallback font. To resolve this, you can use the @font-face CSS rule to upload your Helvetica Neue font files.
