Dev Server Not Accessible from outside

So we are building out our site and implementing your API but our dev server can't be seen from the public world. This means the images in our html can't be processed by your API, so we can't really get a good idea of how things are looking. Is it possible that we can get the IP address of your service so we can allow that IP on our server to be able to access our site?
